I have so many July Favorites to share with you today, especially because I missed out on my June favorites! I actually filmed it, but never found the time to edit. With balancing my blog with a full time job, it always feels like I’m running a marathon to keep up. This month especially felt like : ) Here is what I’ve been loving this Summer.
I’m not even sure if this is still available, but if it is it’s a great layering piece this summer. I’m wearing it in the video with a Walmart kimono over top. You can see it styled here in this post!
This pearl wrap bracelet has been a go-to of mine this month. I adore how it easily wraps around my petite rose gold watch!
I have to really try not to wear this cardigan daily, especially at work when people will notice 🙂 It’s so soft and very warm.
I wore this dress 3 times in July. It’s easy, comfortable, but still really cute!
I picked these up in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and was surprised how comfortable they are for work! I styled them a few times in my latest Work Outfits of the Week video.
This bra looks completely underrated. I wore it nearly every day when I got it. It’s so comfortable and is a mix of shapewear and a sports bra. It’s also seamless and undetectable under tops!
I wore this romper to an event in Atlanta and it was my favorite outfit of the month. It’s comfortable, but looks really dressed up and feminine. It was on sale at Nordstrom Rack, but if that one is sold out it’s also available here. I wore my normal size small.
This was first featured in my Old Navy try on haul and I just adore it! It’s an effortless piece that looks put together. I’m wearing my normal size small.
I carried this bag so much in June I had to tell myself to stop and mix it up, so I forgot to mention it in the video! It’s currently 40% off with code PREFALL
This bag as been a great little summer bag from Walmart.
I have to mention these because I live in them throughout the warmer months. Be sure to read my Tory Burch Miller Sandals Review if you’re thinking about purchasing them. If you’re looking for a dupe, I shared 8 Tory Burch Miller sandal dupes here.
This face filter primer was an instant love for me in June. You can actually see it working on your skin to blur imperfections. It also has a slight tint to warm up your face, another reason to love it during summer. I started getting more compliments than ever on my skin since adding this product into my makeup routine, and I’ve already re-purchased so I have a backup when I run out!
The brightening eye balm, on the other hand, took some time to fall in love with. I just had a hard time remembering to add it into my makeup routine before foundation. Now if I forget, I still use it over my foundation because the results are too good to miss out on. It creates the prettiest glow under your eyes, while also giving off a cooling sensation to make you feel more awake. Now, I see what the hype is about!
You can use code strawberrychic for 20% off any purchase at Tula
I started using this at the very end of June and have seen significant improvements in the texture and post-inflammation hyperpigmentation from previous breakouts. I’ve never used a retinol before and wanted to start with something gentle but still effective, and I think this product was the perfect way to start. I have the pleasure of working with them later this month, so stay tuned for more detail and my results with this product. In addition to this product, I also started using this retinol supreme eye serum and it has transformed my dry under-eye area.
This is my go-to lipstick because I love the formula! It’s not drying on my lips at all.
Now let’s chat home decor and lifestyle favorites! First and foremost, the best part of July was paying off my student loan. It took until the end of the month for that to actually set in for me, but it’s the biggest load off my shoulders! I shared how I tackled my student loan debt here.
Gold scalloped jewelry organizer
I finally found a cute storage solution for my daintier necklaces. You can shop this post in the LIKEtoKNOW.it app for jewelry details.
It’s kind of ridiculous how long I put off buying a desk chair for my office. For two years I used one of our dining room chairs and found myself not wanting to sit and work at my desk because it wasn’t comfortable. It put it off partially because I had no idea what look I wanted, and I didn’t want to spend the money when I could put that toward my student loan. As soon as they were paid off, I bought this chair, haha!
This has saved counter space and money because we’re no longer repurchasing a new drying mat every month.
I hung this by our garage entrance to help prevent mail from piling up on our kitchen island.
I was hesitant to purchase a cream kitchen runner but the heart wants what it wants! And luckily, it cleans so easily! It’s made a big difference in lightening up our white kitchen even more since there’s no natural light in that area of our home.
