Faux leather is without a doubt one of the most on-trend fabrics of the season. Over the years, I’ve talked a lot about faux leather leggings and faux leather skirts. But today, I’m sharing how to style faux leather pants. They fit similar to a straight jean, and are beautiful to wear with a variety of looks throughout the fall and winter seasons.

How to Style Faux Leather Pants
Before we dive into the outfit ideas, let’s talk about the star of the show – the faux leather pants. These pants come in four colors and have an ultra high-rise fit. I’m wearing the color, pink-brown, in the pictures below. They’re the perfect shade of neutral and the added blush color gives them a nice feminine touch.
The other reason why I love these pants is because they come in different lengths – extra short, short, regular and long. The pants have functional pockets in the front and large pockets in the back too. They’re ultra-flattering and have some stretch to them for a comfortable fit. I’m wearing a size 28 and normally a 4 or 6 in pants. In my opinion, they run a tad small.
Style with an Oversized Sweater

A casual way to style these faux leather pants is with an oversized sweater. I suggest front tucking the sweater into the pants to add more structure to the overall look. Finish the outfit with booties or knee-high boots for going out to brunch with your friends. Don’t be afraid to add a pop of color with a sweater too like this one.
Dress Them Up with a Blazer

Take these pants out for a spin to work. I love pairing different styles of blazers for an ultra-chic look to wear to the office. I have a long-sleeve crewneck bodysuit underneath the blazers. It’s a great staple item to have in your wardrobe for layering, and gives a smooth look when you tuck it in. Pro tip: just tuck the two pieces of the bodysuit into your pants and don’t snap. It’s a little more comfortable, if you’re not into the whole snapping thing with bodysuits. I finished each look with flats and neutral pumps.
Elevate a Casual Look with a Faux Fur Vest

For an elevated casual look, pair a faux fur vest with the pants. Again I used my white bodysuit for layering, and added this gorgeous vest over the top. This would make a cute outfit to wear on a date night, a shower or casual work look. I paired booties with this outfit, but you could also wear pumps or slip-on flats too!
Create a Cozy Look with a Drapey Jacket or Ruana

For me, I love a good layered look, especially in the colder months of the year. The drapey jacket and ruana are great pieces to do just that. What I love about these pants is they’re so effortless to style and look good with a variety of pieces that you probably already have in your closet. The first photo would be a great outfit to wear to work or to a casual event. In the second photo, I styled white booties with this beautiful ruana. Add Texture with a Sherpa Jacket

Sherpa has been another on-trend fabric to incorporate into outfits. This sherpa jacket layered over a bodysuit is an easy, casual outfit to put together when you don’t have a lot of time to think about what to wear. It’s a great look to travel in, wear shopping or out for a casual lunch or dinner.
Keep It Classic with a Blouse

To dress the faux leather pants up a bit, you can pair a feminine blouse with them. The first blouse is a beautiful puff sleeve blouse with a smocked waistline. Because the blouse is a bit cropped, you don’t have to worry about tucking it in. It lays nicely right at the top of the pants. The second blouse is a satin button-up that complements the texture of the faux leather. The satin material is thin enough to easily tuck and lay nicely. These pearl-embellished flats are a fun twist on a classic-style shoe.
