It’s definitely true when they say your wedding day is a blur, and I’m so thankful for these images captured by Mike Moon! My Aunt did a beautiful job on the florals, and I’m spoiled with love from my family and friends who helped get all the detailed together while I got to enjoy the day with my Mom and bridesmaids. Thank you to everyone who celebrated our day, especially my Mom and Dad who did everything they could to make our day a fairytale. I plan to share a little more of the detailed shots later, but I wanted to link everything I can here so it’s all in one place!
We picked Little River Farms for our venue because driving though Milton always gives me such peace. My mother grew up just two streets over and had her wedding reception at her childhood home, so it felt like the perfect place for us. Not to mention, I was in love with all the natural light throughout the house and the southern touches without screaming country. I knew I wanted a southern theme, but I didn’t want to scare Tim’s Pennsylvania family away on their first night as family 😉
A funny story from the morning of the wedding… I managed to lock my keys in my car with my dress in the trunk! I got to my parent’s house with Chick-fil-a biscuits (#shedforthewed) and I guess I was so excited to bite into one that I left the keys inside! I had to laugh it off, and luckily there was plenty of time to go back to our townhouse and get my spare set.
