Over the weekend Baby J was spoiled with so much love as my friends and family got together for a backyard baby shower. My heart is so full and everyday it gets more and more real that Baby J will be here in just a few weeks! Time has really started to fly by, and even when I’m wrapped up in the stress of life prepping for Baby J, these memories are what I will look back on and remember.

My shower was hosted in my Aunts backyard, which is where I have so many fond memories growing up. For the food, we had some of my current favorites including Chicken Salad Chick sandwiches (flavors Lemon Basil, Fancy Nancy, and buffalo), served with a yummy brussel and kale salad and a mediterranean orzo pasta salad.

No party is complete without a few treats, am I right?! We had custom cookies designed by my friend Shelly @pastryshells and if you’re a GA resident looking for holiday cookies, she’s your girl! For the shower I wore this floral dress from Red Dress Boutique that I shared last fall, so it’s unfortunately not available, but I’ll round up some similar options below! I recently wore it unbuttoned as a kimono during our babymoon in Arizona, here. I ordered a few options that didn’t arrive in time, so I’ll share those on stories when they do! I take advantage of any occasion I can to wear these fancy bow shoes, which certainly elevate any look! You can read my review of them here. As for my Mom’s dress, it was from H&M last spring/summer, but in store it seems like they’re carrying the same items from last year, so maybe you can find it there!
