One of my go-to outfits this Fall season has been a sweater + midi skirt, and now that we’re heading into the holiday season I wanted to share a few different ways to dress them up for holiday gatherings this season. These midi skirts are all budget-friendly finds from Walmart. If you haven’t browse the online selection at, you’re missing out on some crazy affordable finds. You can watch some of my latest Walmart try on hauls (here, here, and here) for more outfit inspiration! They offer free 2-day shipping on orders shipped and sold from Walmart on orders over $35.

Also, if you’re looking for more Walmart outfits and finds, I have a lot more where that came from here!

This first midi skirt is my personal favorite, but I’m sure that’s no surprise to you since it’s pink! It has a metallic pleated material that bounces off the light. I dressed it down a bit here with leopard flats and a cozy mock neck sweater. You can dress up the same look with a pair of heels and tucking in the sweater to look a bit more polished! My tip to tucking a sweater into a midi skirt: wear Spanx underneath to keep it flat and held down!

This look is a bit edgier but very sleek with the fitted black turtleneck. Snakeprint has been a big print this season, but I haven’t seen it as much in combination with pleats! I’m linking a similar black bootie that I have in grey that is very comfortable to complete the look.

This pleated skirt has the prettiest movement to it! Compared to the other two, its a lighter and flowier material, but also a little thinner. It has a very effortless flow to it as you walk around. If you’re worried about staying warm, you can wear warm leggings (that stop before the hem) or a pair of tights with the booties.
