One of my favorite spring work wear looks is to pair crisp white tailored pants with a soft floral blouse. Add neutral heels or flats, and keep the jewelry to a minimum with a dainty bracelet or earrings. Complete the look with a classic trench coat. This is a spring work wardrobe essential, if you ask me!

Ever feel like the classic black pant can get a bad rep? Me too. But to be honest I love them because I feel like they are one of those pieces you can truly wear all year long. To give your classic black pant a refresh, pair it with a crisp white jacket like this one above. Keep it simple with gold jewelry and our favorite Tory Burch Minnie flats!

An easy way to instantly give your work wardrobe a spring feeling is brining out your favorite floral dress. Pair it with pointed toe flats and a blazer to give it an elevated feel. Add a designer watch and handbag to really dress up the look!

If you’re worried about the length of your dress at the office, trade out the above the knee dress for a simple white midi dress. Add a fun printed or colored blazer over the top and pair with heels to elevate the look for the office. Add a fun pink lip and you have the perfect spring work wear look!

As we transition into spring, pull out those white pants and get ready to wear them on repeat! There are so many ways to style them, I have a feeling they’re going to be your new favorite piece. We are keeping it simple here with a nice white tank paired with a soft mint blazer over the top. You can pair with a suede mule or heel and add a woven handbag for texture.
