I have watched people rave about Spanx leather leggings year after year, but I stayed clear because leather isn’t really my thing. I love soft colors, feminine details, and flowy materials. However, this year I was influenced to try out leather leggings and see if I can make it work on my wardrobe. I have to say I love how the outfits came together. When wearing leggings I always prefer to wear longer tops, cardigans, and ponchos to cover my hips and I think the longer length against your leg is very flattering.

I’m a 4-6 pant and when looking at the size chart I’m between a size small and medium. If you’re between sizes I recommend sizing up. I’m wearing a medium and I have enough stretch to keep them comfortable but they’re still tight and give you the secure structure you expect from Spanx.  They also now come in petite!

My favorite Fall and Winter color combination is camel and black. I love tying the two together with leopard details like these leopard loafers ($15).  My sweater is currently not online, but it is available in gray in case you want to try and find it in store. My bag is a new favorite I can’t wait to talk to y’all more about in an upcoming video, it’s beautiful in person!

One of my new favorite striped basics and it’s only $23. It’s thicker than a typical top, which I love because it’s not sheer so you don’t see the leggings underneath. Over the top, I layered one of my favorite cardigans this season, size down for a more flattering fit. My boots are sold out, I have been stocking them for the last month to try and get a random return in my size… which I was lucky to get!

You can style the leggings very casually, as seen here with tennis shoes and a long basic tee layered under a puffer vest (similar vest linked).

You may recognize this poncho  ($15) from my Walmart try on haul last week, it was one of y’alls favorite looks from the haul. I’m restyling my favorite affordable scrunched boots ($40) from my Target try on haul as well!

I need to exchange this blush pink blazer for a size 4, but I love the length and gold buttons! This outfit is a great option for date night or girls night. These heels will give you an instant confidence boost! I sized up a half size.

This is one of my favorite layering tunics during the Fall because it’s extra long and comes in so many color options. They’re always on sale for a great price point, too. The V is low cut so I usually wear a scarf over top, a tank under, or secure it a little higher with fashion tape so my bra doesn’t randomly pop out 🙂 . These leopard booties are from my Walmart try on haul and currently sold out, but here is a similar option at a good price point.

This long ruffle flannel is a great, comfy basic (c/0). This color isn’t online but I will update you when it is! I’m wearing a medium to give it extra length. I kept it simple, but you can layer it under a vest, poncho, or add a simple scarf to keep you extra warm. I love these rose gold loafers I found recently at Target. I sized up a half size for extra room at the heel because I always get blisters in this type of shoe.

This warm, long cardigan ($20) is also a Walmart find (see more Walmart finds here). It’s oversized even with sizing down, but I love the cozy fit and length. I don’t wear black too often, but I think going darker with this cardigan makes it look more expensive than it is.

I love this basic top! It reminds me of a Piko fit but the sleeves aren’t awkward. The length is perfect to wear with leggings alone, and the sleeves are fitted to easily layer it under cardigans. I tied in the darker leggings with my favorite leopard scarf.
