Now is the time I get to be a little extra, whether that’s a fun sequin skirt or a pop of holiday red, I love the glitz and glam this time of year. One thing that can throw a little curveball with your holiday style is the aged old question, What do I wear to my office holiday party? You might not want to be the loudest in the room, but you also don’t want to show up underdressed. Today, I’m breaking down exactly what to wear to your office holiday party this year!

For this festive holiday look, I paired an embellished sweater with a faux suede skirt in a fun pop of holiday red. The crystal flower detail adds just enough glam to the look without being too loud around the office. Keep your jewelry simple to let the embellishment make the statement. You can dress this sweater down just a bit for the office with my favorite pair of work pants, I probably own almost every color in these! Velvet is one of my favorite fabrics to style for holiday, so I couldn’t pass on these velvet bow slingback heels. They also come in black and run TTS, plus the low heel is very easy to manage throughout the workday.

My office party is very casual and hosted at someone’s home. I usually opt for jeans, a cozy sweater, and boots. If you don’t want to go too casually, a sweater dress with festive jewelry would be a great option, too! I also included a casual monochromatic white look, which I’m a big fan of throughout Winter!
