One of my most worn shoes from April to September are the Tory Burch Miller sandals. I have a pair that I still reach for 5 years later! I bet you can guess which pair that is… 😉
I wanted to do a detailed review on the Tory Burch Miller Sandals for those of you contemplating the purchase. If you already own a pair, share your thoughts on them in the comment section to help everyone else out!
Tory Burch Miller Sizing
I usually always need to size up a half size in Tory Burch shoes, except for the Minnie flat, which I love wearing to work. I need to add those to my list to review next! I prefer the half size in these sandals, so I would recommend to size up. I’ve had a few readers say they have a very narrow foot and they went with their regular size. I do find the miller sandal runs narrow, but my foot doesn’t hang off or anything like that! I also have a very high arch.
Tory Burch Miller Quality
I have a pair I’ve worn to bars in Savannah, the beach, and everywhere in between since 2014. I prefer the patent styles because I find them so much more durable in environmental conditions over leather. I do notice scuffs along the toe from tripping, but other than that they hold up so well year after year!
Are the Tory Burch Miller Sandals Comfortable?
The patent colors are a little more stiff in the beginning, especially around the toe. But I find after 2-3 wears they are broken in and good to go! The classic Tory Burch Miller has a padded foot bead, making them really comfortable for a sandal. I never put them on and worry about my feet hurting. I wear them when traveling and exploring new cities, shopping, for date night, and for errands. I’ve only tried on this pair with the metal buckle and I didn’t think they were as comfortable as the classic style.
Are Tory Burch Miller sandals worth the money?
Short answer, YES!
I always look at cost per wear on items over $100. A simple way to do this is to take the price of the item and divide it by how many times you think you’ll wear it. That will give you the cost per wear! I live sandals a good chunk of the year because I live in the South. So I think they’re definitely worth the $200 investment. If these are out of your price point, I’ll plan to round up some dupe options next week.
* * * This sandal rarely goes in sale, and when they do sizes sell out FAST! My favorite color is currently 25% off here (only for a short time since they’re price matched).
What color do you recommend?
If you’re getting your very first pair, I would go with a classic neutral shade. Whether you go for black or nude is up to your style preference! My two favorite nude colors are the sand in patent and this makeup color in leather. I rarely wear black, so this neutral color was the first color I purchased. This year, they came out with this gorgeous blush shade that I had to have. Blush is my by far my favorite color! If you want something a little dressier you can go with a metallic version. I also love this scalloped version as well.
What do I wear them with?
If you have a neutral color, they will go with everything! Here are recent outfits wearing the Tory Burch Miller sandals. All of these outfits are linked either on the blog or on my LIKEtoKNOW.it profile if you want more outfit details!
