Now that the days are getting longer and it feels like the weather is starting to take a turn towards Spring, I love getting out of the house and doing more date nights. Tim and I try to make this a priority to get out and try a new restaurant, have a picnic in a park, check out a local farmers market or explore a new town. Spending fun, quality time with your person is great for the foundation of a relationship. To encourage you to go on a date this spring, I’ve curated 5 spring date night looks for her and him!
5 Spring Date Night Looks For Her + Him
Romper For Her | Chinos and Button Down For Him
This little romper and espadrille combo is perfect for going out for dinner or grabbing drinks on a rooftop bar. If your date night end up being a little more casual, swap the wedges for sandals and your man swap his chinos for nice shorts and a more casual pair of sneakers! You can see how the romper looks on here and here!
Eyelet Blouse and White Jeans For Her
You all know I’m a sucker for anything eyelet! I love the peplum detail on this top. The pale blue looks great against the white jeans. Add a straw bag for a spring feel and keep your heels neutral. This would be a perfect outfit for a date where you are visiting a winery or checking out a local brewery!
Printed Skirt and Tee For Her
For a more casual date night pair a printed skirt with a solid tee and add your favorite summer sandals. I would wear this look if we are going to be doing a lot of walking, checking out a farmers market or if our date was in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. Have him wear his favorite henley tee paired with chino drawstring shorts for a complimentary look!
Midi Dress and Woven Heels For Her
This date night look is the perfect combination of casual and yet elevated at the same time! I would wear this if we are going to be going on a picnic, hanging out on a patio or eating a large meal. Because let’s be honest, there’e plenty of forgiveness in a dress like this. And for my expecting mamas, this dress is bump friendly too! If it’s going to be a little chilly still, layer a denim jacket over the top and opt for sneakers for a more casual look.
Floral Midi Dress for Her | Chino Shorts and Sweater For Him
This last look can be super versatile. I have it styled here more casual with a knotted headband and white sandals. However, you could easily dress up this look with heels and a great pair of earrings. For him, we’ve paired these cool green shorts with a light weight sweater and sneakers. The sweater elevates the look a little while still maintaining its casual vibe with the sneakers.
Which is your favorite date night look?
