Welcome to a new series! I wanted to share some of the items on my radar for spring so you could see what’s to come for future content. That way if you have any questions about anything I can address them sooner than later! Also, it will help avoid items from selling out before I can get them here on the blog. Here are the items on my radar for May.
Bathing suits
I’m going on a girls cruise in June and I need to totally refresh my swim collection. It’s been a few years since I’ve purchased a new suit. I’ve found a lot of fun and frilly swimwear and I ordered a bunch because we all know I will only like maybe one or two on, if I’m lucky lol. Here are some I purchased. I can do a swimwear post in the future if you’re interested!
Affordable Spring Fashion
I’ve been better about budgeting the past few months and clothing has been less of a priority. Spring fashion is my favorite time to update my wardrobe, so I’ve shopped around at more affordable price points (less Nordstrom, more Shein, H&M, and ASOS). Here are some of the items I’m picking up!
I’ve contemplated getting an Apple watch to track my fitness. I asked your opinion on IG stories and you all had good things to say about them! I think I’m going to treat myself to keep me motivated ti improve my running. I hate it, but I’m trying to enjoy it! I’ve started with the couch to 5k app to help ease me in.
Accessories
I’m loving the straw bag trend I’ve seen around and love the idea of tying a pretty scarf around the handle to make it feel less like a beach tote. I also came across this adorable pastel pom bag that will be perfect for pool side. Here are a few accessories in my cart to prep for sunnier weather.
I came across a new self tanner that I want to try. I’m all about a faux glow but I always hate the process of self tanning. This one sounds a bit different because it’s an oil hybrid and I’m hoping it works well to maintain my self tanning routine a bit longer. I’ll let you know what I think about it towards the end of May in my monthly favorites.
Thanks for reading!
