If you frequent Instagram, then I guarantee you’ve seen how popular off the shoulder tops are this season – they are precious! I recently spotted this one for $24.99 and knew I would like it because it has a tie on the shoulder. I have learned that on my body type (more hourglass shape or broader shoulders, I’m talking to you!) I prefer to have a small strap across my shoulders to break up the straight across look. Also, I’ve realized that I don’t exactly trust a top that just goes straight across, because you never know what may pop out. Don’t let these straps fool you though, they have a build in knot so the tie is just for looks. I wish I could have tightened them because as you can see they would occasionally fall off my shoulder. I linked a few off the shoulder tops at the same price point below. My shoes are old cheapies from JustFab, but the pair I linked below are SO comfortable (I have them in gold) and have a similar look that you can wear in the upcoming fall season as well. 

I wore this outfit over the weekend while checking out what was still available in the NSale (see what I got the first go round here!). While I was there I spotted these boots still in stock and decided I had to have them because I don’t have a pair of heeled boots. I also love the color because they will pair well with black or brown because of the gray-ish/ taupe color. My package should be coming in today, so I’ll try everything on again and make sure to share my styled looks on Instagram.
