I’m so excited to see October on the calendar, anyone else? I love the return of football, the crisp cool air in the mornings (whenever that decides to show up), and of course…Fall fashion. I didn’t realize it until now, but this outfit pretty much has all my favorite Fall essentials! Let’s break it down, shall we?

tunic top

You know something’s good when you own multiple colors. I own 4 colors in this tunic top! They’re so affordable (currently on sale for $25) and one of my most worn items. I love to wear them to work, pair them with leggings, and with jeans on the weekend! This one has extra length and also looks cute with a knot in the front. You can see how that looks on my Instagram stories today. I’m wearing a small and it runs slightly big, so if you’re between I would size down.

It never fails that I pick up a new scarf from sole society every Fall season. I’m always drawn to their patterns or colors when I come across them at Nordstrom, plus they are on the affordable side. Y’all, this scarf is so soft, you have to feel it! A layering scarf is definitely a Fall essential in my book.

dark skinny jeans

I live in skinny jeans on the weekends for errands and casual dinner plans. Nordstrom has a huge selection and the reason I always pick up my denim there is because they offer an alterations credit if you’re a Nordy Club member. So you can get your jeans hemmed for free with your credit! These are from Good American and fit like a glove (TTS).

Another essential for Fall is a good hat. Apparently everyone else thinks so two because the two I picked up this season are currently sold out. This hat I picked up last year is finally back in stock in the blush. I’ve styled it here if you want to see it on! This hat is also a good option as well, especially if you missed out on the popular version in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.

Booties are the way to go in Fall, especially here in the South! These have a flattering ankle cutout and come in 4 colors. If you’re between, I would size up however I’m wearing my normal size. Here are my favorites I own and recommend!

Nordstrom has been my go-to shopping destination for years. Why am I loyal? Well I don’t want to keep you here all day, but here are a few reasons! First, their selection covers everything from trendy exclusive pieces, to everyday basics, to wedding guest attire, to restocking my favorite makeup products, gifts for the holidays, and everything else in between! Heck, I even bought a rug there during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale for my office. You get the idea. And I earn money back on purchases being a Nordy Club member. Not to mention, I never have to worry about paying for shipping. Because no body likes paying for shipping.

Speaking of shipping, last week I needed a last minute outfit, so I used their in store pickup option and picked up my order the same day. That way I knew I was guaranteed my sizes before sitting in Atlanta traffic to head to the mall hoping to find something. Y’all, always use in store pick up if you know there are items you want before you leave for a mall trip! I shared what I picked up earlier today on IG stories.  While I was there, I saw a Nordstrom associate run out a shopping bag to a customer sitting in their car. Genius for Moms with sleeping babies in the car.
