Take a road trip to Savannah
I grew up visiting my cousin in Savannah during Summer and moved there for two years for PT school. I feel just as home in Savannah as I do here in Atlanta! I’m excited to head there with Tim in September to visit some friends for an extended weekend. I will be recapping the trip and my favorite places in Savannah late September.
Visit a farmers market
I’m surrounded by local farmers markets on the weekends, but I never remember to go first thing in the morning. I want to check out the Marietta Farmers Market because I hear great things about it and I want to support local businesses. I hear the fresh flowers sell quickly so I want to go first thing one weekend morning. My friend Cynthia put together a review on the Best Farmers Markets in Atlanta.
Attend a summer concert
I’ve looked forward to seeing Taylor Swift since I bought the tickets last December. It will be my first time at Mercedes-Benz stadium and since I’m adulting now I bought decent seats.
Attend my first blog conference
I’m attending TBScon next weekend and I’m excited to network and meet some of the bloggers I have followed for years! I can already tell the conference is going to jumpstart my productivity and motivation to take this blog to the next step.
Learn how to tie a headscarf
I’ve seen this trend on a few of my friends and I want to try it out myself. Either by adding a scarf to a pony tail or tying it up in a bow. It’s perfect to cover up dirty hair but still look cute!
Go on a rooftop date
I usually always choose to sit inside, but I want Tim and I to go on a later date night and sit outside on a rooftop take in the last few days of summer.
DIY donut hat
This has been on my to do list all summer but I keep putting it off. I want to recreate a tutorial for my donut hat!
Attend an Atlanta United game
This is more so for Tim (he’s a huge soccer fan), but I know we will have fun together attending a game! I hear there is so much energy at each game.
What is on your end of Summer bucket list?
