Workout Wednesday

I just said last week that I over did it on legs a bit, because they are my my personal favorite to focus on… so this Workout Wednesday is dedicated to the leg workout I will hopefully complete after class. I have been sore from flag football since Sunday, so we’ll see how it goes!

Warmup: 1 mile run

15 In and Out squats holding dumbbell weight
8-10 Bulgarian split squats (each leg) holding a barbell weight
15 leg raises or abdominal exercise of choice
20 walking lunges
20 Calf raises
10 deadlifts
30-60 second Plank
Rest and repeat 3 times (4 if you’re a boss- I’m probably not one)
